Aris asserted that there were two statements that were mutually contradicting the alleged bullying that allegedly happened to P. students.

"We will observe the results of clarification, we will deepen again, including with related parties, from parents we will also call again," he stated.

Another step that the KPAD will take in handling this case is to conduct a direct visit to the Al-Azhar Summarecon Islamic Middle School.

"We will only visit when we don't know when because from the school they also need preparation," said Aris.

Broadly speaking, the school denies any suspected bullying by senior P students who are Grade 7 students.

"If there is a report from the reporter (suspected of bullying), but if there is no report from the reporter, there is only a fight,"

"Because what we asked earlier was about the reports we received, a few things later we will ask again to the parents concerned," he stressed.

Meanwhile, the Al-Azhar 31 Islamic Middle School Summarecon Bekasi after fulfilling the call was reluctant to comment.

Adapun kinerja impor Jatim sepanjang Januari-Agustus 2018 mencapai USD16,92 miliar. Nilai ini lebih tinggi 18,10% dibandingkan periode yang sama tahun lalu sebesar USD14,32 miliar.
Untuk komoditasnya, impor migas di Jatim pada Agustus 2018 turun 35,73% menjadi USD330,17 juta dibandingkan Juli lalu sebesar USD513,87 juta. Impor migas menyumbang 14,98% dari total impor Agustus 2018. Meski begitu, nilai impor tersebut naik 10,64% dibanding Agustus 2017.

Sedangkan impor nonmigas turun 19,15% dibanding bulan sebelumnya. Dari USD2,31 miliar menjadi USD1,87 miliar. “Impor nonmigas menyumbang 85,02% total impor Agustus 2018 ke Jatim,” imbuh Kepala Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Jatim, Teguh Pramono.

Menurut Teguh, komoditas nonmigas yang paling banyak diimpor antara lain, perlengkapan mesin. Kelompok barang ini berkontribusi 9,77% dari total impor nonmigas Jatim. Mayoritas impor mesin ini dari China.

Kedua adalah perhiasan yang menyumbang 7,69% dari total impor nonmigas. Perhiasan mayoritas didatangkan dari Singapura. Selanjutnya adalah besi dan baja yang juga banyak didatangkan dari China. “Hampir 26,06% barang impor ke Jatim adalah dari China,” imbuh Teguh.

Nilai impor dari China pada bulan Agustus 2018 sebesar USD 488,18 juta. Diikuti Thailand USD128,39 juta serta Amerika Serikat sebesar USD 122,61 juta.

Negara ASEAN masih menjadi salah satu pemasok utama barang komoditas nonmigas ke Jatim selama Agustus 2018. “Di Jawa Barat pertumbuhannya cukup bagus, jumlah accountnya sudah mencapai 36.150. Karena kami masuk ke BUMDes, yang tidak ada akses keuangan jadi kami sebarkan Laku Pandai. Selain memperluas penetrasi Laku Pandai, upaya Bank Bjb meningkatkan inklusi keuangan juga dilakukan melalui tabungan Simpel (Simpanan Pelajar). Untuk program itu, Bank Bjb menggandeng sekolah-sekolah di Jawa Barat.

“Alhamdulillah kita kerja sama dengan sekolah-sekolah. Kita sudah saksikan bersama, ada sejumlah sekolah yang kerja sama (dengan bank bjb). Antusiasmenya bagus ya, mereka sudah kenal bagaimana cara menabung, itu yang kami harapkan,” imbuh Ahmad.

Hingga kini bank bjb mencatat 215.500 nasabah, dari sisi jumlah pemegang account Simpel. Pengelolaan dana Simpel tercatat telah mencapai Rp20,2 miliar lebih. Sementara itu, Kepala OJK Jabar Sarwono mengaku, dari sisi jumlah bank yang menjadi agen Laku Pandai terus meningkat dengan jumlahnya mencapai puluhan.

Perkembangannya cukup bagus, karena dari bank-bank penyelenggara laku pandai banyak inisiatif dan kegiatan. “Pertumbuhannya bisa mencapai 5 hingga 7%. Kalau dulu sekitar 8 hingga 10 bank, sekarang jadi sekitar 15 bank,” kata Sarwono.

Pojok Pos. Terkait PT Freeport Indonesia, Komisi VII DPR melakukan rapat konsultasi dengan Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan pada Rabu 10 Oktober 2018. Dalam rapat ini, BPK memaparkan temuan yang perlu ditindaklanjuti oleh pemerintah.

Menurut Ketua Komisi VII, Gus Irawan Pasaribu, ada temuan dari BPK bahwa ada konservasi ekosistem yang kemudian dikorbankan oleh Freeport. Nilainya jika dihitung yakni sebesar Rp185 triliun.

“Ada temuan lain juga yang miris bahwa PT Freeport Indonesia menggunakan lahan hutan lindung lebih dari 4.500 hektare, tanpa izin, izin PPKH, pinjam pakai kawasan hutan,” kata Gus Irawan usai rapat di Gedung DPR, Senayan, Jakarta Pusat.

Padahal, menurut Gus Irawan, jika Freeport melalui izin PPKH itu, ada potensi Penerimaan Negara Bukan Pajak (PNBP) selama 8 tahun sekitar Rp270 miliar yang bisa masuk ke negara.

Menurut Gus, pemerintah sebelumnya kerap membanggakan diri sudah menguasai 51 persen saham PT Freeport Indonesia melalui PT Indonesia Asahan Aluminium (Inalum). Padahal, kata Gus, ada juga masalah temuan ini yang perlu ditindaklanjuti pemerintah.

“Kami akan kemudian mengundang PT Freepot, Inalum, menteri teknis tentu menteri KLHK dan tentu menteri ESDM. Ini mau diapain ini. Kalau kita beli perusahaan kan kita beli, menikmati dan menanggung kewajiban rehabilitasi. Ini kan kewajiban nih untuk ditindaklanjuti,” kata Gus Irawan.

Kanal Utama. Program kemitraan Pendidikan Kejuruan yang dijalin Kementerian Koordinator (Kemenko) Bidang Perekonomian dan Kamar Dagang dan Industri Trier Jerman (IHK Trier) diharapkan bisa mengurangi pengangguran di Indonesia. Pasalnya, keterbatasan pendidikan membuat pengangguran Indonesia semakin banyak.

”Pengembangan pendidikan kejuruan sistem ganda berdasarkan contoh Jerman di Indonesia diharapkan dapat menurunkan angka pengangguran anak muda yang tinggi dan meningkatkan kompetensi keahlian,” ujar Deputi Bidang Koordinasi Ekonomi Kreatif, Kewirausahaan, dan Daya Saing Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Kementerian Koordinator Bidang Perekonomian, Rudy Salahuddin di Jakarta.

Lebih lanjut Rudy menerangkan, langkah selanjutnya yang harus dilakukan yakni memastikan dunia usaha dan dunia industri yang mengintegrasikan pembelajaran di perusahaan dalam pendidikan kejuruan sistem ganda. Program Kemitraan Tahun 2018 hingga 2021 ini, kata Rudy, menggandeng sisi industri yang selama ini kurang dilibatkan dalam pendidikan kejuruan.

Ditambah mengembangkan struktur yang menyeluruh untuk organisasi-organisasi mitra di Indonesia, yang dijadikan sebagai contoh sukses untuk multiplikasi. Kemudian, organisasi-organisasi mitra dari dunia usaha dan dunia industri di Indonesia juga diharapkan dapat menentukan target dan isi program secara signifikan.

“Karena itu, Bahasa Indonesia merupakan bahasa resmi yang secara konsisten digunakan dalam program,” tandas Rudy.

Kemudian terakhir, pengalaman dan keahlian dari Jerman akan secara khusus disampaikan oleh para pelaku yang setiap harinya berkecimpung di bidang pendidikan kejuruan dan pelatihan.

”Program ini juga bekerja sama dengan lembaga-lembaga pemerintah terkait, program-program bantuan lainnya, sekolah-sekolah kejuruan, asosiasi-asosiasi profesi dan perusahaan-perusahaan terkait,” pungkas Rudy.

“Perubahan dalam komunikasi kita tentang pandangan kebijakan adalah tanda bahwa kita mendekati akhir dari proses normalisasi kebijakan moneter dan semakin mendekati untuk melakukan kebijakan moneter normal,” katanya di Nusa Dua, Bali, Rabu 10 Oktober 2018.

“Namun, perubahan keadaan membutuhkan beberapa perubahan dalam cara FOMC mengkomunikasikan pandangan kebijakannya. Sekarang suku bunga jauh dari nol dan ekonomi humming along, hal ini menyebabkan guidance kebijakan yang kuat terhadap arah kebijakan ke depan menjadi tidak menarik,” katanya.

Meski begitu, dengan makin mengarahnya kebijakan The Fed menuju titik yang sudah sampai batas normalnya, maka kebijakan-kebijakan moneter cenderung akan makin sulit diprediksi, apakah kebijakan The Fed akan naik atau cenderung kembali menurun. “Arah kebijakan The Fed di masa depan tidak akan lagi sejelas sebagaimana di tahun-tahun sebelumnya,” ujar Williams.

Williams juga menjelaskan, ketika suku bunga acuan sangat rendah, maka akan menjadi jelas bahwa arah untuk tingkat suku bunga akan naik ke atas, atau menuju ke arah tingkat yang lebih normal, dengan forward guidance yang cenderung memperkuat titik itu.

Tetapi, saat mencapai titik tertentu di masa depan, dia menilai, arah kebijakan suku bunga cenderung menjadi tidak akan lagi jelas, apakah suku bunga perlu naik atau turun dan forward guidance-nya juga menjadi cenderung tidak cocok dengan arah kebijakannya.

“Namun kami akan terus berusaha agar transparansi terkait perkiraan atau pemikiran-pemikiran kami mengenai perekonomian dan kebijakan moneter terus dijaga,” kata Williams.
